I like the colors and the contrast between them, the monsters, especially the big one looks very fleshy and organic.
The red sky makes me think they come from hell. A very good work!

[Phoenix Rising]

I like your work, I like the colors and the idea, it's a pretty interesting painting but i don't like how you made the beak for example, it looks crooked and the wings are not very accurate, the right wing looks that it belongs to another phoenix. I like the bird sign on the mountain, the stairs, the tents, It looks good and do they came for the phoenix or the phoenix came for them?

You're right, the right wing does look wonky. I only notice stuff like that when it's too late.

Hmm good question. I'd say the Phoenix has always been there and the people started gathering here to watch it's rebirth. You can imagine the story of the painting any way you want though, I'm not going to tell you you're wrong.
